developer credentials and good construction quality. Amongst all the options before
me, I chose Arkade Adornia. My experience in the deal was very pleasant and simply
fantastic.There was complete transparency in all specifications and disclosures,especially
from the legal and title details point of view, which were shared and explained.
Throughout the entire process, I was offered all the assistance I needed - at my
convenient time and at my doorstep – forall the formalities. Now I am just waiting
to get possession of my abode which I am sure Arkade Group will deliver as per the
promised timelines.

I was specifically looking at 2 BHK options in Goregaon (E) and the J.P. Nagar locality
was an ideal location for me. At the time of my second visit, my family and I were
convinced that Arkade Adorniawas the ideal choice.During our visits,the minutest
of details were explained to us and all queries were resolved instantaneously. All
processes are well-defined and everything to be done was done in a time-bound, scheduledmanner.
The cost sheets as well as details of all other charges were shared,as was the carpet
area of flat.
I must say, the progress of work at Arkade Adorniais ahead of its schedule and it
certainly looks like it will be completed within the promised time. Initially, I
was worried about the timelines but once I took the decision of booking an Arkade
Group apartment, I was very sure that the delivery timelines will not be a cause
for sleepless nights.

I chose Wallace Fortuna because of various reasons - its proximity to Mazgaon, the
amenities and clubhouse provided, the flat layout – more specifically, the size
and location of the living room.
As I bought the flat on resale basis, I did not directly interact with Arkade Group,
but was very satisfied with the procedure and handling of handover, possession,
etc.
AlthoughI was initially disappointed with the parking allotments,subsequently the
issue was amicably settled.

3. Attractive offer for payment.
As for the personnel, both Nitin&Sagar supported and offered a lotof help during
the agreement stage as well as inresolving some of my queries.
